Hey everyone, I am 8 weeks out from VSG surgery. I can eat normal. I work with a nutritionist but I dont see her until my 3 month follow. So I am a little confused how many calories should I be eating. My doctor said 800-1000 calories a day. My sister who is a nutritionist is saying that is not enough and I am depriving myself. I have very slow weight lost, like a pound a week. I dont know if I am doing something wrong. How many calories are you guys eating this far out?What does a day of food look like for me?
