I am 2.4 yrs PO sleeve. I had 20 lb regain just got back on track 2 weeks ago and have lost 6 lbs. Go back to basics with proteins first. What's really helping me is posting everyday what I ate and tracking everything. Going to gym is also a big motivator. You can do this!!!! Good luck!!!! I didn't post my menu in a while been crazy busy. I mostly stayed within my 1200- 1400 cals a day and min 60g protien. Besides for yesterday when just a bit above. I am getting aprox 80 oz of liquid in a day. I think my hunger was from the change in diet and my body getting used to low carb. I'm hoping if I keep it up a couple more days it will get easier. I pushed through and for the most part did ok.
