Hey! Im really pleased with the loss so far...i have a way to go, but im actually on the journey and thats what counts. I really do feel like i have been given a new lease on life...im actually in control on my weight (with a lil help of course lol). I love my band!! lol It was worth every penny!! xxx How have you been?

You are right about the job being stressfull.....and your are so RIGHT in saying that you need to make sure that you look after urself...because ur employer aint gonna care. When you go...they will find another person to replace you just like that. Thats a true point that you make....i have seen alot of people put on weight...and the thing is its a slow gradual process...one min there size 10 the next they have shot up to a size 16.

You so sweet hun, thats very kind of you...but im sure you will be regretting it when im sending you an essay of a msg lol lol haha! Im just messing

Hi Hun, ive not been banded as yet. Hopefully in sept i should be getting done, at the mo im trying to shift as much weight as i can before the op, and will do a pre-op diet 2 weeks before. How far are you in the process?

Hey hun!! Im doing really well thanks, work had been keeping me busy busy. I didnt lose any weight this week, but i think thats to do with me drinking to much liquid calories last week. as i couldnt eat (still on thick liquids back then). But im on mushies now and loving the taste of food again lol lol

hey. sorry to hear u having trouble, the first week can be tough...the first few days i could hardly get any liquids down, but keep on persisting....each day does get better and as u heal u will able to get more liquids in. did u get gas pain?

Wow! You are doing great hun...and healing up really quickly!! I hear as each day passes it gets better and better. Andf well done on resisting the take away!! I remember when i was doing the cambridge diet and wasnt eating food...i hated those M&S adverts, i used to call them food porn! lol lol

What is a matter with those people! There nutz, and like i mentioned in reply to your post they are so mean, for saying if u went home, they would tell ur doc thet u refused treatment! How dare they try and blackmail you!

But honey...you know what!! yOU ARE A SAMURAI! because you are a fighter and you will get through this and you WILL get ur surgery!! You have such great fighting sprit and that will take you sooooo far!!
