you're right i'm so anxious i can't contain myself. i watched some of your videos on youtube and must say that gurl you are doing it! if you don't mind i do have a question for you. i have always had a concern about losing the weight and having alot of excess skin around the arm and other areas, have you heard anything about how to firm this up to make sure it bounce back ???
