im doing well hun, weight loss has stopped, but i have no restriction. so have another fill booked so hopefully that should get things going xxx

wow 55lbs!! you go girl!! im so proud of you! woooo woooo!!! aint really nothing much happening on my vlog, ate a lil to much over xmas and put on a lil weight but lost it all...but i dnt have restriction so have booked another fill. You gotta update ur pics hun, i look forward to seeing em! xxx

HOWDY lol How are you babe? I know we dnt get to catch up as much as we used to but i havent forgotten about my Lil Irene! hehe, what have you been getting up to hunny...as for me the weight is still coming off slowly....but alot of that has to do with me.....i still cant stand exercise....lol lol

hey just wanted to wish you all teh best! i have 232 to lose and yes it will be a long journey, but the best thing is that you have started! as someone already mentioned just break it down into stages. as im from the uk we weight in stones and lbs so i just take it one stone at a time! You can do it hun! xxx

Although i wasnt banded in London. I know there are quite a few London hospitals that do banding...i think it depends what area you live in and who ur PCT is to where u are sent. x

ohh hun, im sorry to hear that you are going through all of this again, just after you managed to get teh insurance thing sorted out. Try and keep your head up hun, everything will work out for the better! Keep me posted on what happening, i will be praying for you! xxx

try not to get dishertened...every body loses at different rates, and try not to compare yourself to others. you have had such a great loss...and this is the time for your body to heal, not to lose weight. So keep ya head up hun, the weight loss will follow, your body needs time to adjust to its new friend! xx
