I don't even own a scale 😔 I refuse. I go by how close fit etc. But I feel like I should be melting. But I was also told that you'll melt the bigger you are before surgery. I was 248( I'm only 5'2") so I'm short and was considered obese and had health problems prior. Maybe that's it 😔 no clue . But it is upsetting. But I'm keeping head up ! Thank you so much !!

I had to spend the whole weekend in the hospital after surgery because of the intense pain I was experiencing with the cramping up. None of the staff helped me in or out of bed at all. I was in a lot of pain especially on the 6th day. The 3rd to 6th day are the worst pain days. Hang in there and let them know all the pain you're feeling. Hope you get relief! -

Talk to your surgeon. They ended up prescribing me muscle relaxers. It was hell for me especially after surgery! Worst pain I've ever felt before !! It'll get better with time as well I promise. My post op was a nightmare and I thought I was going to lose my mind also. Hang in there and try not to use your muscles to get in and out of bed or sitting. I did that and I cramped up so bad it was awful -
I can feel hunger when hungry, but I don't get the "I'm full" feeling yet .. is this normal? So I eat really really small amounts in fear of "overeating " . Does anyone else have an "issue" with the fact of seeing their food and having trouble believing you can't finish it all? Maybe it's just me? I see food(even the smallest amount ) and I'm like "wait .. I've never been able to not finish what's on my plate... This is weird to me... Its such an odd feeling. I was with family a couple weekends ago and ate a few soft tomatoes and I was satisfied (it was a birthday party and they had a little snack tray or big food) and my family was like "that's all youre eating?! That was small!". I said "yea lol I'm missing 85 percent of my stomach, I eat small stuff now" 😂💁🏼♀️
