I feel like I'm the only person who was instructed to not consume protein shakes my first week post op. I'm 4 days po and feeling pretty good. Maybe a little dehydrated getting about 2/3 if my fluid intake but it's all I can handle lol. Sent from my SM-G975U using BariatricPal mobile app
