Just checking to see how you are doing. I went for my first appointment with Dr. Groves yesterday and he looked at my hernia repair area and told me he didn't think it would be a problem, but I was wondering if he told you that at your initial visit? I don't think I can be as strong as you are, that has to be hard to go through all that and wake up not banded. I am going to start on a diet and work really hard at it and if at the end of the six months I have lost at least 40 pounds, I am just going to continue on the diet and not do the lap band.

I just wanted to tell you how beautiful you looked the other Sunday and to make sure you were doing alright. I looked for a telephone number and didn't find one and didn't know you email address so I am hoping this message gets to you.
