Just start off walking and make sure your drinking water and protein you got this

Please stop working out ur body is not ready for running ur burning off the calories your intaking so your already not eating enough protein to break down the fat then the lil protein you are eating when you run u burning them off stop walking a lil is ok but your stomach is still healing give it time to healing and the stall is normal

Mind over matters if your health is more important to you than you will stop i smoked cigarettes for 15 years and quit cold turkey for my surgery and haven't smoked since I quit its not easy but u can do it vapping isn't better -
Don’t eat chips and junk food may help

Yes had surgery Monday and before my surgery I got tested they stick a long q tip all the way down your nose it's unbearable but it only lasts 15 seconds

I gained a few pounds due to stop smoking and I was still approved had my surgery monday

First day was the worst but really no pain just spasms and gas that hurt i keep walking though and its hard to drink or eat

I'll advise get it with your height and weight your at risk for so many health problems comorbidities heart disease if you don't already have it's your health that's important this is a life change so if you stick to it your bettering your health for a life time do it with no regrets but be committed
