Thanks for your response about the shoulder pain. I am only a little concerned about it becaue I have some shoulder problems to begin with, wanted to know if it will get worse. I see you are 54 -- I am 62 (63 in Aug.) and was concerned that I wouldn't find too many older folks online, so it was good to see your info. even though you're a lot younger than I am!
