My weight loss has stalled for the last week and a half. I am 12 weeks post op from sleeve. Is this normal and has anyone else had the same issue? If so, any suggestions how to kick start it.

I am 1 week post op and am following the liquid diet but don’t ever seem to feel full or satisfied. Not sure if I’m not drinking enough or what. It can be excruciating at times. The paperwork sent home with me says to consume no more than 2oz at a time of broth, yogurt, etc. Does this sound like correct portions? Any suggestions? -
@AJ Tylo ... carrying around a 20 lb sand bag really puts it in perspective, thanks for that ... gave me the boost I needed. And @Lynnbushea hang in there, you are doing great ... you got this!!
