MUSIC MOM

I am set for the 24th and can't wait! The days are not falling off the calendar fast enough but I have to admit that I am nervous, excited, and so much more.

I am a newbie to LBT and excited to become a member of the band! I can't believe that after years of thinking about surgery and doing the research, I finally am going to do it! Today I had my first consultation with my surgeon (who I love) and because I have WONDERFUL insurance that does not need pre-certification, I have a date for banding! I still have to do a Psych consult, hPylori test and sonogram of my legs for clots - but I even have a date for Pre-op tests. On June 24th I will start down the road to a new, healthier me! I know it won't be easy but so, so worth it. I am looking forward to sharing my experiences with all of you - my new best friends. :cursing:
