I AM RIGHT THERE with all of you. I was banded August 5th and my first fill is the 12th of September. I just feel like AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH someday. I lost that first 20 pounds and now it seems that no matter what I that scale won’t budge. I just want to bash it with a sledge hammer....I walk my dogs, I walk with my kids, I eat more salads than I have ever in my life...I even bought Denise Austin's house party work out video. ( she is good for beginners) Now the first time I played it, I mostly stood in place and walked because I could not keep up. But my endurance has improved and some days I even play the video twice...BUT I’ll be dammed it that scale moves???????????????????????????????????????? PLEASE TELL ME THAT FILL is going to shed a light of hope, because I got to tell yea that is the best long term that I have taken care of my self and I still do not understand what I am doing wrong. I mean I still have days that I choose to just drink the protein shakes instead of eating because I don’t feel like eating? YET, NOTHING??? I am
considering joining a gym. I have been doing my research around my area ya know with the monthly fee, joining fees, and contract length…maybe that is what I need?
