  1. Happy 43rd Birthday WahooMommy!

  2. Happy 42nd Birthday WahooMommy!

  3. Hi, Everybody. I was banded Nov 06, went from 269 to 200, but most that was lost the first six months. After suffering with a too-tight band for 14 months, I had a slight unfill, and now I'm trying to get back on track eating solid proteins - for the last year I've been existing on protein shakes, cheese, and more milkshakes and chips than I care to admit. So...please refresh my memory on what a well-behaved bandster with proper restriction eats throughout the day. I'm determined to get my last 40 pounds O-F-F!! Happy Saturday to Yous! :biggrin:whm

    Coughing Blood

Thanks so much for the feedback. I was able to get in for a slight unfill yesterday, and thank God I'm fine. I had it in my head that a tight fill would help me lose faster, but I'd only lost 15 pounds in that 14 months. I slept like a rock last night - not one cough! I'm just hoping that my little unfill will allow me to eat more solid proteins and get caught up on sleep so that I can lose my remaining 40 pounds! Thanks again - you guys are great! :)whm:smile:

    Coughing Blood

Hi. I'm new to the site. I got my band in Nov 2006. My last fill was March '07. I've been fairly tight and often debated going for a slight unfil - especially during TOM. The past couple months, I've been coughing up liquid (not usually acid or heartburn at all) but just liquid, by the mouthful every half hour or so during the night. Sleeping straight up in the recliner seems to help some. Anyway, last night while coughing hard, I coughed up a small amount of blood. I've got an appointment next Thursday to see my surgeon for slight unfil. Should I wait? Anybody have any ideas? Thanks! WahooMommy
