hey all. i was banded on 7-23-08 and i've had pain about 1 inch below my port ever since surgery it's not every day, but feels like a pulling stitch. i have the realize band and its suppose to be stapled. i don't think it is the port ive had 2 fills and said something to the anrp. that did the fill she said that it was not anything they did in surgery?

Hey, i've had the same pain, right after surgery (07-23-08) it's 1 inch below my port it feels like you are pulling a stich.... It's off and on sharp pain?:thumbup:

Hey , i found if u take can chicken white meat drain it then add pickle relish with a little honey mustard or lite mayo thats good on crackers and it is quick? Judie

I started curves in april and was banded on july 23th and i can't wait until i can return. Best of luck to all!!!!!!!

Hey i was banded on the 23 and i have alot of burping going on and lots of gas mostly in the morning , but up walking staples look good,no pain which is good. All the nurses at st. Vincents's east in brimingham al were very good i've started on full liquids today?

I Had A Stresstest Then Cardiac Cath Everything Is Ok. I'm Going To Start A Low Cal High Protein July 1 St On My Own. I Don't See The Nutritionist Untill One Week Before Surgery? ANY SUGGESTIONS

Az, I Wound Wait Untill I Was Compleatly Healed And Free Of Pain Before I Would Use Those Machines Or Try And If U Hurt Stop. I Know I Did Some After The Cath ,mostly Arms Three Days Later I Was Able To Do All
