    Good Morning Ladies:DI have no weightloss to report as of yet, but I feel a whoosh coming on:heh:Today is June 4th, so we have exactly ONE MONTH to lose the weight:eek:We can do it, we are determined strong minded women with a purpose,( awwwh, what's our purpose again:confused:, just kidding:heh:) I'm feeling a lil better with this induc flu, someone told me to up my water intake, I'm trying:faint: Let's keep it moving and losing ladies:llama::success1::welldoneclap:

    Ms Jen, you are doing great with your walking, I wished I could get in 5x's a week, I do 3 mile walks too, but only 2-3 x's a week:rolleyes: It doesn't seem like you have your sweet spot yet, and that could be the problem. I can not guzzle water or eat like I want too. I have to really take my time and chew, and even then I can only eat 1/2 to 1 cup of food. We are gonna PUSH for 15-17 lbs, but anything is better than our starting weight. Sorry I don't have any magic words for you, I just keep doing the same thing over and over.:confused: AVILLA, it's good to hear from you again and I see you are losing weight, I hope your life easy up some so you can join us again:biggrin1:

    Denise.....Yes I'm still doing that, it gets boring sometimes but I'm rewarded by the scale. I did eat too many carbs during the holiday weekend and went up 2 pounds but they are gone now with just getting back on program on Tuesday. I'm drinking my water now, I will do a lite green salad for lunch with cheese and protein shake for dinner or more of the salad, it just depends on how I feel. I had steamed broccoli w/butter for dinner last nite:hungry:I have some leftovers so I could have more of that if I don't want the salad or shake. I've also been doing more walking, will do a 3mile walk this evening. I haven't been in the mood to eat meat lately.:rolleyes:I really hope you come out of your stall very soon probably after TOM leaves you.

    Yes, Denise that is good, that is what I was trying to think of, I us up at 3 am this morning (sick with the induc flu) and got on the puter. I'm surprised I got that much done. Thank you for cleaning it up for me:heh:

    Faith, nuts tastes OK when chewed to mush, kinda like eating crunchy peanut butter.:DI stopped eating beef about 2 months ago but sometimes I ended up spitting it out, and sometimes chicken too. Smaller bites really helps too, which you are already doing. So you didn't have to do the optifast:eek:, that's great:D

It is sooo amazing to be in the 200's isn't it. I haven't been in the 200's that long, and now I'm only 37 pounds from 199! You are fast on my tracks, I'm soo happy for you.     Turner I have been dealing with head hunger for a long time, really since my last fill in Sept'06. I'm riding my sweet spot so MOST of the time I AM NOT HUNGRY, but I just want to eat something. Like today I've just been drinking my sf water because first of all I need the fluids and 2nd it helps with the head hunger. Now sometimes I give in and I'll eat some raw veggies, nice and crunchie. Pork rinds, pepperoni chips, melted cheese, jalapano peppers (yes I can eat them all by themselves) pickles, sf jello with cool whip, salted plantain chips, and other low carb foods, gotta go

    m/e stands for a meat and egg diet and lc stands for low carb diet. This week I did just lc and lost 8lbs for the week:D

Sometimes DENISE and I get very lonely up in here:cry KAREY you are so close to goal, maybe your body is just holding on to everything right now, well try what your doctor said and hopefully those pounds will melt away. I love all that exercising you are doing:Banane04: :Banane43: :mad: I'm impressed!! AMY I know what you mean about kid troubles:tired Even tho mine are still in elementary (oldest is going to middle school this fall) they get in trouble too. The last day of school was Friday and the teacher caught my 7 year old writing two curse words on his desk.:cry :doh: why does this kid continue to do wrong, I'm scared for his & mine future:tired But AMY try not to let stress get you off your program, because we will always have stress we just got to learn how to handle it better without turning to food and bad habits, good your back on track, hang tough!!:mad: TURNER enjoy your Monday off, my 3 sons are out of school for the summer, so I KNOW I WILL BE GOING TO WORK EACH DAY UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS BACK:crazy: If I stayed at home with them it will be like this all day:frusty: :director: :fencing: . Hey y'all I lost a total of 6lbs this week. I was 248 on Monday and today Sat.morning I'm at 242. All I did was a lil walking and ate low carb this week:scared: :lost4lbs: :lost2lbs: :scales:

    Congrats Mourning on the baby girl AND still losing weight, the pregnancy is not setting you back not one pound, that is great. Usually after a woman deliver her baby she also loses alot more weight, that's what I did, of over time I gained it all back. DENISE...as I mentioned yesterday last week I did not lose any weight...this week I'm losing a pound a day. Monday I was at 248 and today Thursday I'm at 244, I'm not even doing m/e just lc and walking:D and of course prayer.

    DENISE ......I did m/e for 3-4 days last week and I stayed at 247 for 7 days in a row:faint:then I went up to 248. That has never happened to me before on m/e I was like:help: what am I doing wrong. I carbed up some Sat & Sun and now I'm doing just lc and have lost 3lbs this week already, that's a pound a day:D I guess sometimes we need a break from m/e.

    AMY,LOL:heh: Other than the band no secret....I follow my doctor's diet MOST of the time, which is protein, non starchy veggies, I do protein shakes for dinner sometimes or a lite salad. I do some walking and lite weights. The Lord is Blessing me.
