tann replied to JulieNYC's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I was a size 32-34 too and I could cross my legs but they were a mile high, looked like a mountain. :omg: Needless to say I didn't do that in public, just tried it a couple of times at home. -

Butch, look up Dr. Tiffany Jessee at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, FL she may be of help. -
jojo, don't think about what could go wrong, if you keep thinking about the wrongs, then it may happen. Think postive.

:preggers: Congrats, wishing you all the best during this most blessed time in your life.

i currently excerise every morning along with weight lifting, and i have been thinking about doing something in the evenings, now after reading this article i think i will add the extra workout. however, i am going to stay away from the caffeine and eating 5-6 times a day. i eat 2-3 meals a day and right now that is enough for me, right now i'm at a 93 pound loss, so right now i'm doing good.

I saw that show last nite too, yeah I'm going to need a full body lift too, I'll be sooo afraid of that surgery, it looks so painful. I also so that red head lady who weighed over 600 who had a lower body lift, and she was in so much pain, she was only 40, but she looked much older. -

banded March 7, 2006, I'm doing pretty good now, as long as I stay away from my comfort foods and keep walking. Thanks for the compliment. Everyday coworkers and my church family ask me how much weight I have lost. I don't take pictures of myself so I don't see a big difference, only the scale and my clothes are loose. I have a 10cc band but I don't know what my fill level is, I've had 4 fills. I will ask the Dr. the next time I go what my level is.
-
Yeah 91, I've had two good fills these last two months, plus the walking.:heh: I had problems with my ticker, so I just gave up on trying to get it to work.:faint: Wednesday's Eating: Breakfast/Lunch combined......beef sausage Dinner.......1/4 boiled chix breast snack.....pork rinds snack......4 saltines

Every since my 3rd fill last week, which is the tightest I've been, my throat has been making these strange noises everytime I eat or drink more that 4 oz of water at a time. It is kinda embarrsing when I'm around people. Has anyone else experienced this.

I just saw on t.v. the other day, how 2 women who had lost over 100lbs each thru WLS have now become alcoholists. They said they traded the love for food for alcohol.:faint:
-
I didn't make the 2 lbs, I lost "1" I even did some extra walking, oh well, at least I didn't gain.
