I started a new committment to myself yesterday. I started with flushing my system out with water and I ate a lite protein dinner last nite. So for the next 9 days I will be doing more drinking than eating . That's what my mouth says (as my bestfriend often tells me:heh: ) It's more about disciplin than anything else, cause I need to prove to myself that I can follow rules for at least 10 days. Yesterday I did a B-. It would've been an A if I had done some excerise, but I went to Church last nite to feed the Spirtual man. I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me. Going into focus mode:huytsao I don't know what that face actually mean, but it reminds me of my youngest son:heh:

Thanks Avilla, sometimes I feel like such a failure, But the devil is a liar!!I'm gonna make the best out of this brand new day, I can't wait to go to Church tonite to let go and give God the praises.

Good Morning everyone:heh: I think I gained a couple of pounds because I tried on my b-day suit last nite and it was a lil bit tighter than when I brought it:eek: , So I've got to up my gym workout and cut back on the salt and everything else that I should not be doing. If I want a good fit by 2-18. I drinking 64 oz of water now before I get to breakfast. It also fills like I have very little restriction. I haven't had a fill since Sept'06 so I think it's time when I go to the Dr. on 2-15. Have a great on program day champs:peace:

Hi leenerbups, So sorry you are not having much success:cry It is so hard sometimes making the right decision on what to eat or not eat, I fight with it daily, I just told a friend yesterday that I was so tired of dieting and excersing and making the right choices:faint: Most days I just want to eat junk. One of the main reasons I try to stay on course most days are for my 3 lil boys, I love them and I want them to have a mom that is healthier, active and most importantly alive. I was headed to an early grave the way I was going. I would suggest to you to rethink why you had wls and to work with the band and not against it :hug: I have to do the same thing.

Thank God for the band, because I have the munchies today, even tho I'm full, just had a salad and a slice of turkey breast, I still feel like I can still eat. My eyes are bigger than my pouch:heh: , when my 1-2 hour passes I will be doing alot of water to fight this feeling.

It must be contagious, I've had a slice of turkey beast, and now I'm eating some of my salad:hungry: I didn't eat breakfast, so I guess this is breakfast. I can't beat cha today, because I need a beatin my own self:heh:

I'll take up on that challenge. I do 150 sit ups, 50 in the front and 50 each on the right side and 50 on the left side when I'm at the gym. When I get home tonite I'll try to do 25 more on each side:faint:

Sgt. Teresita:heh: , A married male friend once told me that when you cheat you are only cheating yourself (he was referring to marriage) I often think about that phase but as related to weightloss, but sometimes I just don't wanna do right.

I have a sweet tooth that rears it's ugly head from time to time, I'm ok right now, but for the next attack:mad: I made a agreement with myself.....When the sugar attack comes on I have to first drink 40 oz of water before I can have that treat and it has to be a healthier verison of whatever treat I want like frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. Oatmeal instead of sugery cereals, peanuts instead of reeses cups. I'm gonna see how that works. I can do it, I just have to fight:Banane26: my overpowering desire.:biggrin1:

44 days left, oh good! March 7 is my banniversary so I hope to have a 150 lb loss by then, I'm gonna push for it. I'm starting my water right now, even tho I want to eat breakfast, maybe I'll do a protein shake this morning. Did your team win, mine did:heh: I was really routing for Coach Dungey because he coached our Bucs about 2 seasons ago. He's a really strong Christian man, and he lost his son last year so I was hoping for a win for him. Yall, let's stay on track today with the water, eating and excersing:roll:

I did do better with my water today. Brought a bottle of water to Church with me today and dranked during the service. No breakfast- just water my Sunday dinner : made meatloaf(without the bread crumbs and ketsup for me) and small salad. The family had buttered mashed potatoes and sweet green peas to go along with their meatloaf:rolleyes: We threw a small Superbowl party for our boys, I had planned on not eating anything while they were eating their pizza, chips, dip, soda floats, ice cream & doughnuts:faint: the temptation was too great, so I cut up a cucumber and dipped it in salad dressing:hungry: it was good, low carb and it kept me on my program.

went to the gym last nite and did: 10 min on tred 30 min level 4 on the big E lifted weights to nite will be more of the same:)

Ridin, I often compare myself with others who have started out with me close to the same weight as me. I must remember not to do that. Thanks for reminding me;)

Lapbandit you are doing so great you were banded after me and you are doing so much better. I got to stop my weekly cheating, cut it down to maybe 2-3 times a month until I can go a whole month without sweets:faint: I'm so happy for you. You're close to Onederland. I can't even imagine Onderland right now. I'm just trying to get firmly rooted into Twoterville.:heh:

It is harder to kept track of things when you're not at work:confused: it is for me too. I was off today too, so I kept myself busy so I didn't stay home all day and crave stuff that I shouldn't crave. I had a protein shake for breakfast, chix salad for lunch and no dinner, because I wasn' t hungry, just grape flav water and the gym. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of this bootcamp.

I'm off today from work:heh: Anywayz, I went to Catherine's to try on some clothes because I don't know my true dress size. Well guess what was in the dressing room.....a measuring tape:clap2: My measurements are: Chest: 46 inches Waist: 41 inches Hips: 63 inches I guess you can tell I'm pear shaped. And I brought myself a bad azz black suit for my birthday in a couple of Sundays. The top was a sz 24 and the skirt was a sz 26. I also brought some black leather pumps to go with the suit. My shoe sz is a sz smaller too. No more cheating days for me, until after 2-18, cuz I want to look good for my birthday. Tonite is gym nite. I'm eating a chix salad for lunch. Talk wit cha later, gotta go pickup the boys.

I'm not gonna workout tonite either or less I do this inhome workout by Josette, I doubt it tho, feel lazy. I'm just sitting here eating frozen vanilla yogert with a piece of lemon pound cake:omg: :hungry: , tomorrow I'll be back on track:heh:
