Sure CDGMON, I'll tell ya what I'm eating or not eating:heh: Yesterday: B: choc whey protein shake made with 8oz of 2% milk On Sundays Lunch & Dinner combined around 4pm: Baked turkey thighs & buttered spinach. I had water and sf water thru out the day. Today, Monday: B: green tea L: green salad (no meat) D: choc whey ps snacks: cucumber slices, maybe some nuts water & green tea thru out the day. Tues: B: green tea L: tuna or egg salad D: tuna or egg salad snacks: raw veggies This is what is planned up until Tues. If anything changes I'll post it for you. It's boring :bored I know, but this is what I eat :update: CDGMOM, I did not have an appeite today. I just did my green tea and sf water. I ate a few nuts around 4pm, that was all I had today. I will try to eat that salad for dinner tonite. Oh well, I didn't eat the salad....took my walk and had 16oz of water and a protein shake.

Yeah that fill should really help you out Avilla, I know that must really be frustrating.:tired I lost 3 more pounds this week. I plan on taking a long walk later when the sun is not so bright. talk wit cha later

I can't wait until this 2 month bootcamp is over, because I'll be UNDER 250 WOOHOOO!! And thanks CDGMOM for the reminder.....stop by to buy more colorful flowers to plant outside.....blooming flowers always cheer me and give me engery:love: ONE OF GOD'S GREAT CREATIONS:wow2: :cheer2:

Hey Sarg, reporting in....I weighed 267 this morning. I was 297 when I started bootcamp. Starting weight: 297 Ending weight: 267 Chest: 46" Chest: 45" (DH said good:heh: ) Waist: 41'' Waist: 37.5" Hips: 63" Hips: 59"

Oh No, I can't lead....because sometimes I feel like motivating and sometimes I don't. Like today I'm upset:mad: But this too shall pass. If no one steps up maybe we all can just motivate each other. I know it was a big job for you, you did GREAT. Ok, 2 months....20 pounds....:nervous

I thought this was Spring Bootcamp, but NOW I see it was Getting Ready for Spring Bootcamp:faint: , I'm in. So how long does it last so I can calculate out how much I can lose.

Hey Sarg, are we weighing in tomorrow and doing measurements for the end of bootcamp:confused: I took yesterday off from work and did alot of excersing (3 sessions)and cleaning out my closet.

I know you won't because you have come to far. Just keep doing good, somethings has got to give. Your menu looks low carb and your workouts make me tired from just reading them:eek: Keep your head up,,,,and maybe just stay off the scale until the end of the month.:welldoneclap:

I got on the scale this morning and have a total loss of 7lbs for the week, I'm like :wow2: because I wasn't doing the m/e this past week, just low carbs, I really enjoyed the veggies this week:hungry: . I just might meet my new goal of 265.:biggrin1: Take care all,

Yeah where is Sarg:confused: MIA. I always have alot of cereal on hand and P&J. I buy about 10 boxes at a time, only when it's on sale, tho. And the problem is I AM A CEREAL LOVER, so when I cheat this is like one of my favorite treats...Apple Jacks, Foot Loops, Golden Grahams, Cinnomon Grahams, you see the trend....if its sugary it's for me, and I love fruit flavored oatmeal and so do they. I like the plain too. CARBS CARBS CARBS my weakness:tired :think

:heh: :heh: Amy, my boys are 10,6 & 5. And they can EAT now, I told them by the time they are teens they better be bring in some FOODSTAMPS or get a JOB to pay for the groceries.

Actually Amy, Boot camp ENDS for the Spring that is. We were preparing ourselves for the Spring. Sarg, will be starting up a Summer Boot Camp real soon. But yeah just come and post and talk about whatever you want:biggrin1:

Avilla...I like the(.....)I use them too. I have 3 boys too, show me some pity too:heh: I went to the gym early this morning (4:45am couldn't sleep) anyways I did 20 min on the Big E and 10min on the TM, and did weights. On the door of our gym it says: "When you enter Law Enforcement you give up the right to be Unfit." ......So true not just LE but also being a mother, wife, or even a person.:biggrin1:

Avilla, you work in Law enforcement too:heh: so do I. I'm married with 3 young boys (they are the reason I got to over 400 pounds:tired Not really I just loved to eat and do nothing:rolleyes: ) I work in our Records dept. I really love my job this is my 17th year.
