Every once in a long while I do the meat baby foods like the beef, chix & turkey. I heat it up in the micro, add salt and pepper and it is good:hungry: I have to be in the mood for it tho. I have eaten them for lunch, I try not let the co-workers see me eating out the jar:rolleyes :nervous

There is also a crustless pizza you can make... using ground beef as the crust at the bottom of a baking pan and put all your reg pizza toppings on it and bake. Very good & the only carbs come from the veggie toppings and sauce.

I had 3 c-sections, and like Loser28 they were painful, the band post op TO ME, was a piece of cake. I guess I toughned up from the c-sections.

I do the same as you, I eat my biggest meal of the day at lunch. I'll be sooo happy when you make it to Twoterville, it's like a high, you're be on cloud 9. Even tho I've been in the 200's for a while I'm still just sooo amazed that I weigh 2 something...because I've been in the 400's & 300's for sooo long that it is STILL hard for me to believe that I actually weigh in the 2's. I'm now looking forward to weighing in under 250, that will be another milestone for me. I'm off tomorrow and 2 of my 3 boys will be in school:clap2: So, I'm thinking of taking the 5 year old to see the new movie The Robinsons in 3D. I'm gonna have to bring me some wings, or hard fried turkey bacon to get thru all that movie popcorn.:faint: I'm back, I'm eating a late late lunch it's after 4pm here, but the good news is I made a can of tuna w/mayo and sweet relish and I was able to eat just about all of it. That hasn't happen in a long time. Yesterday I'm tight as tight can be and today I've loosen up. These bands have a mind of their own. I will still do my protein shake for dinner, I don't want to get out of control, I'll save that for Sunday:heh: :kiss

Congrats CDGMOM:lost3.5lbs: AND FOR ME:lost1lbs: on the pounds :) gone. FOR ME flax seed is good for us as long as it is finely grounded up, I have some in my pantry now, I just need to get it grounded up tho. My band is still tight, I'm trying to drink my protein shake:tired , I wonder what happen to make me this tight:confused: Oh well, I'll see how I do over the holiday weekend, this could be a good thing. My family wants to go eat out at a buffet resturant Sunday for Easter:hungry: Hopefully I will be able to eat a lil meat & veggies:nervous Good nite:bored :notagree

For Me.......On the candy thing, I think you just gonna have to find something less damaging, what about yogurt covered raisen, nuts, sf hard candies, sf Jello, sf pudding, Peanut Butter, etc I think us bandee are supposed to lose about 2 pounds a week. When I eat on program I can lose 4-7 lbs a week, when I don't stay on program I either gain a pound or two, or stay the same weight. Don't forget the Water Thanks DENISE for the encouragement:D Boy, I am really tight today, I've been trying to drink my 8oz cup of decaffe and it's been 2 hours and I still have 1/2 cup to go:eek: maybe this will be a good day to just do liquards today, I'll let you know how I did later THIS IS LATER: I never did finish that coffee, I ate a 1 1/2 slice of pepper cheese as a snack and it have me really full and burping:rolleyes No water yet. Gonna wait 1 hour and start my drinking will do a Protein shake for dinner, no lunch just drinking.

I hope I can stay strong around cake and ice cream. I'm got an Easter goal to meet on another board I'm on. I'm 7 pounds away, out of 20. I don't think I will loose 7lbs by Sunday....I know I'm rambling.....I'll go now:rolleyes

How is everyone doing???? Eating Water Exercise B: greentea L: egg salad w/2 cherry tomatoes D: protein shake (planned) 2 mile walk (planned) Water: 40 oz & counting I'm doing great so far, aiming for 3-5 pounds this week:huytsao I saw on the Discovery Health channel that when you walk make sure to do at least 2 miles because that's when the fat (or something, I can't remember) starts to burn. I plan on doing at least 2 miles today on our nature trail.

I try to follow my dr.s diet which is mostly Protein with non starchy veggies. And I'm supposed to drink a gallon of Water aday, which I have only done once.:faint: I do mostly walking for exercise and sometimes I go to my gym. I try to stay on my dr.s diet at least 6 days a week and one day during the week I eat off program:hungry: sometimes all day or sometimes for just one meal, it depends on how I feel. -
Oh Lawd, I gained a pound:cry ....off to add a pound to all my numbers:faint:

One of my dr.s have the lapband on himself and he said he would not reccomend gastic bypass to anyone or do the operation on a patient. So it goes both ways. Dr. Grossbard has had great success with it himself and so have I.:biggrin1:

Avilla, I hope your scale gives you a lower number in the morning:biggrin1: I get on the scale in the morning too. I need to fess up I ate off program for 1/2 day Thursday and ALL day Friday:eek: the closest thing I had of a meal Friday was a 1/4 bowl of cereal. The rest was junk. A piece of blackberry pie, 1/2 a donut, milk and popcorn and a piece of candy. I still feel kinda sick from all that sugar:faint: I'm back on program today. So if the scale goes up, it's my own bad choices that put me there:cry I'll report in - in the morning:tired

FOR ME...Even if you do not get a chance to exercise make sure you drink your water and eat on program. Usually when you do two out of the 3 you should still lose something:)

Turner, Denise and myself are shooting for 20lbs gone. I'm not sure what the others are aiming for:confused: It's not just about the pounds gone, its also about setting good habits for the rest of our lives:D :cheer2: I've been out just about all day, did my walk early and am just eating my first meal of the day at 4pm:eek: I got down 20 oz of water, which is very sad:spit: . This roast is pretty good I made before I left home this morning.:hungry: I'm still doing good by not eating off plan, I will have a protein shake way later if I get hungry tonite. Great Job to Avilla and Niecy for losing that pound:scared: I'm off today and tomorrow:heh: Anyways I just brought this nice lil beef pot roast was gonna low roast it for Sunday dinner, but it's in the oven now. Hopefully it's ready by 2pm :hungry: Why wait until Sunday when I can eat it today:biggrin1: I decided I better fill up on meat today because the craving bug is really messing with my mind lately. I hear ya Turner on the candy. We have this choc candy jar full of all my favorites:faint: Why oh why do they do this to me:mad: I just went and pickup up a gyro salad for lunch, so I'm gonna fill up on this salad and meat, that way there is NO ROOM for junk.:rambo Well I've eaten the salad and a few hours has passed, I'm not hungry but man do I want some of that candy:faint: I think I'm gonna make some crystal lite fruit punch and drink that. Lord help me:cry I''ve got to be good today because I can't go walking tonite, we have church.... Now it's 11pm at nite got in from Church a few hours ago. I said a prayer for a special friend on this board, you know who you are.....and I'm happy to report that I stayed on plan, no candy no off plan carbs. I just had my Protein shake for dinner,while my family enjoyed KFC with all the trimmings:hungry: :faint: I wanted some, but didn't...ya know what I mean? I'm off to bed now to bug the DH:heh:

FOR ME....I started the same day you started:D You know everyone, today is 3-28 and the camp ends 5-28 so that gives us 2 months. Why don't YOU who have not started, start TODAY:heh: I did my walk last nite:clap2: I had a Protein Shake for dinner, but around 10:30pm I got a wave of wanting to snack on popcorn, Cereal, pretzels, ice cream....you name it I wanted it. I fought very hard:fencing: and I'm happy to report this morning I won:rockon: :peace: I ended up eating 2 green olives, it satisfied my salty tooth. You can have 5 olives for only 1 carb. Two was enough for me. So are YOU gonna start today with US. We need you.

So let's start warming up for April 2, I have already started. I started when the last camp ended:D.
