Wow you sound like me. I too am hypothyroid and am two weeks post op and have only lost 15 lbs. I eat and drink less than 700 calories a day. My PCP just changed my thyroid meds to 1.75 mcg a day so I hope that makes a difference in my weight loss. I don't drink enough water so that could be it too.
