I’m 65 and starting this journey and vary excited and nervous at the same time. I’ve been  heavy all of my life. But with my job and my life the weight is just too much to be able to live life the way I want to. I want to be active and be able to perform my job and other activities with ease. I have six grandchildren and one great grandchild I want to be able to keep up with them and live long enough to see them all be happy in life.
