3sonsitk started following Weight stall
-
This is completely normal. My first stall lasted 3 weeks. Then I realized my weight loss cycle was to expect a stall every 2 weeks. I had to look at the total weight lost during the month. To keep from becoming discouraged, I weighed once per week. I had surgery Feb 2020 and my average weight loss now is approx 7 pounds a month.

You’re doing so well. I hope I speed through 190s. Do you except use? I agree, the struggle is real. I feel hunger too and have been for a couple months now. I just ignore it or drink water. Do you use the mix in the canister or the packets? -

SW 243 CW 198 GW ? How’s my February peeps doing? My weight loss has been decent. I seem to stall every 3 to 4 weeks but I tell myself that my body is readjusting. I weight once a week and finally hit onederland. I found that increasing my water intake helps speed up weight loss. -

Good to know. Thank you for your responses.

How long does the restriction period last?I’m 2 months out and afraid the restriction won’t last long. I follow my The plan was advised. When did you start feeling like your restriction was not as effective as when you first had surgery.

That’s great. His partner Dr. Taggar did mine and he was awesome. No problems and very thorough Really nice hospital. You’re in good hands.

Weighed myself this morning and I may be experiencing another stall. I weigh once a week and my weight was the same as last week. I'm not too worried as I am following the plan. Just part of the process I assume. I’ve lost a total of 23 lbs since surgery (sleeve) on 2/27. -

3 weeks post op and I believe I have it somewhat under control. I take 1 tablespoon of Milk of Magesium every other day and Miralax daily to keep regular. Being contraption is no joke. -

Just a recap.. sleeved, 2/27, SW 243, CW 226, 17 pounds lost. Here’s my problem. My insurance provides all vitamins through a company called Nascobal. All of their vitamins are fruit flavored chewables except for the B12 nasal spray. I can no longer stomach them and gag every time I take them. It wasn’t a problem in the beginning. It’s definitely a different story now. Anyone else having issues with their vitamins? -

You may be going through the 3 week stall as most of us have. -

I knew it was a stall once I saw the numbers go up and down by 1 pound. The best way to get through it is to keep doing what you do and stay off the scale. I now weigh myself once week. @lisafrommass I plan on making the ricotta bake as well. Good idea to add spinach. -

@lisafrommassachusetts I haven't started soft foods yet. What are you eating? -

I believe I did as well. I lost 10 pounds right after surgery then the scale stopped for about a week. Weighed this morning and I'm down 5 more pounds. I'm trying to get a handle on constipation. My Dr has me on full liquids for another week.
