I've struggled with my weight my whole like. During my time in the military it was somewhat controlled due to the amount of physical exertion I did daily. As soon as I was out though, up it shot. At my largest, I've was 278 lbs at 5'9". I am having the Gastric Sleeve surgery on Oct 7th, 2019 and have lost down to 243 in preparation for it. I lost my father when he was 69 because of his weight. I refuse to let that happen to my kids.
