Thank you, I’m 10 days now & have 2 days with no loss 😏 I’m starting to get hungry of an evening now though which is quite scary 😬 I just made it over the BMI too 😊

Oh thank you, it was 7 days yesterday for me & was loosing 2lb a day but today it’s only part of a 1lb so hopefully it will be same for me 😊
