Hey all. It’s been a while since I’ve commented. I am a week shy of 3 months and 51 pounds down. Seems like I’m hitting a stall again. Scale isn’t moving, but I’m doing everything right. Is anyone in the same boat as me? Should I be concerned about not losing? Also, anyone else forcing themselves to eat? I am hardly hungry.

Hey November sleevers.. Anyone using liquid multivitamins?? & know how they are absorbed. Intrested bc chewables make me queasy and the capsules are very large. Sometimes hard to keep down. thanks!

Thank you! I am finally moving again. Staying positive. Congrats on your new clothing size

I had my sx on 11/19. I was doing well in the beginning but as soon as I moved to regular foods.. things slowed. I am still eating healthy. I’m hoping it is just a phase. I don’t know much about the implant but it may play a part. I would mention it to your MD. We need some tips! Very worried here.

Hey everyone Happy New Year ! I am 6 weeks out and weight loss is slowing down. Slightly stalling. Very hard on me mentally. Trying not to get too down on myself. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey! Glad you’re doing well. Ive gone to my two week and my next apt isn’t until Jan. It’s not a concerning or consistent ache. Just weird. It could also be the lack of movement or me sleeping incorrectly since I still can’t sleep on my stomach. just started “regular food” as of this week. Still can’t eat much so i would say I’m still following the plan, for the most part.

Hey everyone. I am exactly 4 weeks post op today. I wanted to ask if anyone else felt a strange “ache” on their stomachs, more on the sides. Almost like stretching pain or like you were holding your arms up for a long time. just wondering what it could be. thank you

It’s not that I’m worried about what she’s doing. I was curious. More because I myself am not a fan of premade protein. But I have no issues with my surgeons instructions. For anyone interested. Check out the video below. Not her Dr. but I follow him and he’s quite interesting. He’s VERY blunt/crass, but gets points across.

Thanks! Yeah I’m just wondering because a friend of mine in Arizona has a dr who isn’t pushing proteins
-
Has anyone’s surgeon mentioned that they don’t want them to drink protein shakes? Especially the premade shakes. Just wondering because I had someone mention to me that her surgeon does not want them to drink protein.

Does anyone’s surgeon not require a ton of protein shakes, especially the premade ones ?? I’ve heard that some do not make it a requirement. Just trying to get some information. Thanks!

Hey everyone! Sx date was 11/19 Discharged yesterday 11/20 around noon. Only did a one night stay. I am feeling better than I imagined. No serious gas pains. Stomach tight/slight discomfort. I think my throat is the worst of all.

I haven’t checked in here in a while, but I am 6 days out from my date (11/19) .. I am excited, struggling with the liquid diet but not discouraged. I hear constipation is an issue for most, along with gas. Any tips besides miralax? I was hoping for something more natural so my body wouldn’t necessarily depend on it. Also! Congratulations to any of the recent sleevers

How long did it take for your insurance to approve ?
Bree03 replied to Empress jade's topic in Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forums (NEW!)
Approved 2 weeks after submission to insurance from surgeons office. But total 4 month process.. some insurances will approve starting at 3 months if you complete everything within that time frame. (3-6 mnts is the usual time)
