The smoking kicked my ass - One thing that really helped was the nicotine inhaler I used that the week before and it helped with the jitters. Unfortunately i returned to smoking, Could kick myself in the ass big time on being off a week and starting again. Hope you do kick it - Going to give it a whirl in January

Guess in the past this was not possible due to the insulation i was carrying. But i paused and said Take off your shirt and bra and let me see if i can feel yours! I agree call but this is typical it was 7 days before i could finally level out - Sip water non stop and ice chips most likely it is the blood in your stomach from surgery that is messing you up once it is gone all gets well

Welcome to the journey = Now just take it slow and enjoy the ride ...... The gas is a pain in the ass but will let up over time, Since you are not using the pain meds send them here I will dispose of them correctly

You are making excuses - post surgery you can eat - Over time i have said this a bunch of times - I hate water and I hate fruits and vegtables - so soups Fresh light fish shellfish crab soft wet meat all good for me since about 4 weeks

Ok Lets keep this Simple - THIS IS YOUR DECISION AND ONLY YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT So you may be different then most of us in the Fat Kid club here and you may be able to lose the weight all by yourself. If that is the case you are the exception to the rule. There are risks to the surgery and there are risks to a ton of stuff Here is how i made the decision 1. I need to live to take care of my two kids - I am obese and have a eating disorder, Did not get the ticket to the fat guy ball cuz i ate healthy and in moderation. Top that off with a Stint and some heart issues and the decision was made - Sleeve me Doc and it was done on 6/18. Better to do this then be dead in a few years This was the best decision i have ever made, Down a ton of weight and feeling so much better and healthier - I have 9 pounds to go and should be done by end of year, This would have never happened in my case by any other way. There is some drawbacks no doubt and there is a ton of head Fu#$in games but with any good things some things have to be bad

Going on vacation F#$ck Food and this holiday - I hated this holiday pre Op - So now I'm really done with it! 9 pounds to go may get it this year, Then its off the next part of this journey, Little scared at that part, and no way getting wrapped (funny Pun) up in this X mas Food fest bully poop! but that is just my view and told both kids - Leaving for Cuba Dec 27 to get the heck out of here!
