You are right there - I agree with above, Go buy a dog or a harley, find something else to do besides food, You know the drill, you know what you have to do to get back down. These kind of posts scare the hell out of me since i am closing in on my final pounds, but I am going at it this way, NO F@#ckin way i am going thru this again, I did it! I really would just get back down and enjoy your life, F@#ck Food! -
Oh father i have sinned = Hell ya! But only in the way i was confused - Liquids do not mean Vodka and Wine, I also purred the hell out of soup which is not really clear liquids - But the last 3 days was totally broth

But eating is a pain in the ass for me - But i need the calories for cross fit and work Any of you veteran losers ever use this?

She Wants double the food intake Good healthy food and 2-3 hits of the shakes and this MRE - Right now i am doing about 3 shakes a day Min - Also having trouble making time to eat so this is a easy quick sub for a on the road meal. Its season here so busy as hell - It also will allow her to zero in on the calories and what is the amount i can put in and still loose weight. Cross fit is messing me up running out of juice and energy quickly and then trying to work, So looking to add a little fuel to the gas tank to get me thru the day. But basically i have no clue

It is going to suck - But if done right it is very do able. This is the first step of your journey and this is a great support group. You need to get your head in order and focus your attention on other things then you food fettish. key is mix up you liquids Purreed soups and home made base makes it easy. Dont be over the top with worring about calories focus on flushing all the garbage out of your body and getting ready for the best decision you have ever made

I just met with my Nutritionist last week and brought up the fear of putting weight back on. I do not think you need any new surgery, I think you have a eating disorder like the rest of us Fat People who are here. Simply put i agree with above - Stop Eating junk and get on a healthy plan. There is no way for you not to loose weight if you keep your calorie count below 800 and follow the protein,veggie plan. All this other bully poop about new surgery and sleeve stretching is a excuse. It wont matter if you get 19 more surgeries if you keep taking in more then your burning. Alot of us including myself have had metal issues with this surgery - i would start with the Head then the Plan and see how that goes. You already have the tool now use the tool with all the other tools in the shop and get back to losing again!

My view only: I totally agree with the above and i did not do any research pre op - I saw the success my brother had and just went for the sleeve. I also lost fast and it was must for me. However i have a hard time eating and staying with the intake of food, That is a common side effect to the sleeve, If i was to do it over i would most likely Research other options and the pro;s and cons of both. This is a life long decision and it takes time to figure out your route - But i would have never lost the weight without the surgery and would have died very shortly so for me i can live with the little side effects that saved my life

It will pass i am 7 months post op and still to this day have a very hard eating - My Doc said normal just ride it out and keep trying. There is no way i could eat a 5 oz meat or chicken - So i would not panic to much it does get better - As time goes on you will be able to eat a wider variety of foods, To this day i eat very very small amounts of solid foods and rely on Shakes and Soft foods

Get the amount of fish you want for say 4 meals which pre cooked will be about 20 ounces - Now assuming it is a white fish and fresh take the fish and cut into 4 equal pieces - Lay it out on a paper towel and salt the fish - The salt is a brine and will pull out some of the moisture but will also keep it from getting fishy, Now store the fish in a sealed container on a paper towel - Each day as you want to cook it take out the piece and soak it in milk or buttermilk - about a hour - This will remove the Fishy taste and will also re hydrate it. Season it and cook- If you follow above you will not have the 4 day fishy taste, Freezing fish works but once cooked it will be dry as hell and be fishy. Try to bake or air fry it - skillet and oil will also make it firmer

Make your own base - You dont have to use broth - For example make egg drop soup and puree it - Or make Habachi Clear soup Those two above are easy and fun to make - Both kept me all week -
Get off the dang Scale! You keep that up and you will end up in a rubber room with a jacket that buckles from the back - You are focusing on getting healthy - The weight loss will come - weigh in every 10 days that way water weight changes will be not driving you nutz every day

I was almost the same but I made many different pureed soups -
It is very very typical - Chill out and ride it out it will break - I fast a little and mix up my diet a little to break them

Why tell anyone? This is your business and it is your challenge, I told nobody but my brother who had done it and kept it a secret for 6 months. Just say you have Female issues and need a procedure, they keep asking you say All is well gotta be something better to talk about then my medical issues! You may have to be a b***h at times but this is your journey and the last thing you want is obstacles slowing you down or effecting you negatively!

Ok going down to 230 lets see what that looks like - Easy as hell to do. Just everyone around is like stop you are getting to lanky and thin - But I agree the belly has a little to go but Can feel my ribs and breast bone, Kinda freaky! Hopefully can muscle up the legs and arms mine are way to small especially the legs. Shoe size dropeed a whole size - Slammed it off so another 15 will be no problem especially with cross fit. Guess i wont be buying any more clothes again

Im to damm thin - size 38 waist and my arms and legs are to thin - If i lose anymore going to look like i have cancer. I really do not have a clue been working on this for the last two days with my Nutrisionist and she wants me to stay on a slow weight loss also. The cross fit is working but getting lanky and disformed. I just bitched about the BMI last week - I agree makes on sense. For now going to loose a few but really get tightened up for my new Cuban Wifes! Be honest ladies you see the picture go thinner or what? This was 3 days ago taken
