About Me
I am 45 and I have struggled most of my life with wieght. I was a skinny child until puberty hit and everything expanded. despite all the money spent ,time, sweat and tears I lost a little and gained a lot SEVERAL TIMES. I did however find out I had thyroid issues and had my thyroid removed September 2018. I am on hormone replacement however its not enough being over 40 and no thyroid its a lot harder to loose and weight without a little extra help so this was my last stop!! I know its a journey, life change and risk but I am more than ready! My concern is not appearance , it is more about my health because after caring for my dad for 2 years that passed 10-8-15 of dementia and my mom who passed 7-2-19 from complications of being bed ridden for 10 years from a car accident and just about every lung disease, diabetes etc. there is, I do not want my kids to face the challenges I did when taking care of my parents. My goal is to do the best I can as far as health to avoid that, yes I know anything can happen but if I can help reduce the possibility , that is what I am aiming for.
