I was sleeved 10/11 and have felt the same way...like I can tolerate more than everyone else. I am three weeks post op today. did you end up feeling more restriction with solid foods?

What are the highest quality proteins supplements for people on a tight budget? I buy Premier because they are pre-made and I can get it by the case at Sam’s Club at decent price point.
