Gastric sleeve! Sorry I didn’t add it. Not slider foods, just general avg oz in a whole food meal 😊 -

Age: 24 Height: 5’3 Hw: 270 Sw: 258 Cw: 177 Gw: 140-150 I am just over 1 year post vsg and I have not hit my goal. My weight loss is VERY slow/stalled right now. I have been feeling extremely discouraged; however, I am still working very hard to lose the remaining pounds. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you change your diet to speed up weight loss? If so, how? What is your diet? What are your macros like? Do you have any tips to help me reach my goal? Thanks!

Thank you for these resources ☺️

Congratulations on your success! Thanks for this :) I agree, I don’t think there is anything wrong with setting hard goals and I will continue to push everyday until I reach it!

My surgeon and I came up with 2 goals. The first is 170lb which he said would be easily attainable and then a second one (140-150lb) that he would like me to reach, but it would be much harder to get to.
