Losing Too Much Too Fast?
bigboi325 replied to Kage's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You need to take vitamins liquid or if you can pill form. I would try that to get your energy up before I'd start breaking the rules. Keep up the good work :scared2: -

Hi, I'm in the same boat I was banded in Aug of 08 and I have lost about 60lbs. I recently (March 12nd) had a fill and am feeling super restricted can't drink until 11 am or so and I have a shake for lunch and small dinner but still only mushies can't handle solids. I am trying to wait it out to loosen up but I don't want to cause any damage to myself, one good thing is I have lost 8lbs since the fill. let me know how it goes. Good luck -
:cursing: Hello everyone I was banded on the 5th of august in Singapore, I lost 18 LBS of 325 the first week and now on the 28th of August I'm at 297 LBS WOO HOO!!! My question is I find I can eat more than I should (more than a cup) I still stick to healthy foods but is this normal??? I don't want to do anything to make my band slip or make the pouch bigger.I ride the bike at the gym everyday for 20 - 30 minutes I find this works very well in getting weight off I also feel my energy levels going thru the roof. Anyway if any one has any comments I'll be waiting. P.S. Can anyone tell me how to update my ticker?

:confused2: Hi everyone, I just need some direction, as my date gets closer Aug 15th I find myself more and more filled with self doubt & wondering if I should do this. Doubt meaning can I do this, will it work for me or am I just fooling myself again ect. I am self pay in Singapore and if I fail it's money gone when this money could possibly go towards my son's education. I have no problem hitting the gym and I will follow the diet given to me, drive is not my problem nowadays It just seems lately all I read are people not losing but having restriction I'm 6'2" 326 and I feel every extra pound any words of wisdom from you Veterans will help tremendously. Thanks:thumbup:

Hi, i'm new to the site living in Singapore for work and getting it done in August. The thing for me is not being able to talk about it with my wife without it turning into an argument. We are trying to have another child and she some how thinks by doing this im choosing me over the child. Living in a foreign country doesn't help eighter we're all we have as far as support. and I too got the your gonna get back into shape & go crazy speach... I just would like to be there for my children, so it's not just you ladies LOL -
