I take an antidepressant but am off all my diabetes medications now. Also off high blood pressure meds :) I just had all my blood worked done. all vitamin levels are good only thing still a little high is colesteral. A1C was 5.5

I am almost 2 months post Op and fluctuate between 14 and 20 pounds lost. WTH am I not doing right? 5’6 and down to 225. 60 years old. Is this an age thing??? So depressed.
