My doc is Benevides, who is also a partner of Felts. I've heard great things about them, and feel very confident for my surgery on the 19th.:thumbup:

Cathy, I just wanted to say thanks for ALL your hard work. As I was reading the people adding themselves to the list, I was looking forward to sending you an e-mail to add me. Then, as I read further, I saw that somehow you knew I was on the 19th, and you added me yourself. I really appreciate it, and I hope you're doing okay after the break-up w/ the BF. Thanks again. My surgery is June 19. I start the pre-op diet on the 9. I'm really looking at that as "the first day of the rest of my life." I'm really excited.

Sorry Smarquezrn, I know that must've been difficult to hear. I had major abdominal surgery a couple years ago, and I'm scared that I will wake up from surgery and be told they couldn't do it because of scar tissue. After wanting this so much, I can understand how dissapointed you must've been. Take care. -
Jennifer, Do you have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome? I do, and am hoping after surgery and weight loss, my cycle will somehow regulate itself.:eek:

I'm sorry, but I'm still laughing about the Toilet Tongs! I can reach my butt now, but what if after the surgery I can't? Is it normal to be panicking at this new thought? If one were to want this item, where could it be found? I just gotta know before the 19th...

Hi Alicia, I think it's fairly common in order to shrink the fat around the liver. I have to have 3 protein drinks a day, and then one healthy meal. Since my BMI isn't too high, I don't have to do it for quite as long. I'm SO ready for surgery day to get here. How bout you?

Hey BIGJEDDA, my surgery is on the 19th as well. My low carb diet begins on the 9th. I'm really excited for our upcoming adventure. Hopefully we can keep in touch and share experiences.:wink2: -

Wow Shelley, it's Wednesday and I'm really thinking about you, as today is your big day! I'm a teacher in Texas, and we don't get out until June 5, so my pre-op diet begins on the 9th, and my big day is the 19th! I'm so excited. :sad:
