Hello, I had surgery on August 12th. I'm currently 50 lbs dwn but I need quick lunch ideas. I'm an engineer and my work schedule is crazy working in plants. Hello, I'm scheduled for surgery on Monday, just wondering has anyone messed up on their 2 week liquid diet?. I came home to prepair for surgery and now I want blue crabs. I know my doctor told me I can have a protein and veggie in place of dinner protein shake but are the blue crabs acceptable to eat with surgery on a few days away?..
