Well hang in there...did you know you can buy the extender so you dont have to ask? I am hoping you wont need it but whenever I gave myself deadlines to lose a certain amount of weight by a certain time it didnt go welll. I always stayed at exactly the same weight when my restriction loosened up and then started losing weight easily when I got a good fill.I never could limit intake or increase
