Hi Fluff! I'm going through the same thing. I lost 50 and put on 20. So good luck to us both. I'm lost as to what my next step should be; what diet (food plan) I should be on, how to start exercising again.
This seems to be the place where I need to be ! I have a ffew food questions. I'm trying low carbs and doing well. But I'm afraid of getting bored. How do cold cuts fit into your diet? Is cheese and hard salami ok if you're low carb? I use the cheese as the bread. Also, would someone here please explane ketosis? What is it and how do you find out if you're in it? Thanks for your help !!

Hi, everyone! It's been a loooong time since I've posted here. I'm walking back to this site with my head hung low. I've been "not so good" for a while. I lost 50 lbs and gained back 20+. I started to read the no carb threads and feel very motivated by that. It's so nice to see some of the same names here. Hope everyone has a great day! Today IS the first day of the rest of our lives. I'm VERY interested. Please keep me posted if this is still going on! I need help. I droped 50 lbs the first year and want to loose 65 more. I'm yo-yo-ing and I hate it and I'm scared.
