Steak - anything beef really. Bread. Eggs (but I had issues with that before too). Pasta.
Steak or anything beef they tell you to try to avoid or only eat little amount of as beef is very fatty and also very hard to digest.
Bread is a no-no. It will clog up your stomach something fierce and believe me you'll feel it! Try gluten free, that's your best option.
Pasta is along the same lines as bread. It's just too much gluten for that tiny stomach you will have and it doesn't digest well.
