My struggle began when I was 18 with my weight and yoyo dieting. After I had my first child I just kept getting bigger. The only time I was ever successful with weight loss was when my Dr put me on phentermine. But then as soon as I went off the medication it wouldn’t be long before it came back plus some. I now have High BP, High cholesterol, borderline diabetes, Gerd and really bad knees! Most recently, at my heaviest my weight was 228 lbs and I’m only 5’2. So it’s time for a change!! I’m going to put my whole heart into this so I can be healthy again, feel good about myself again!
