OH wow! Had my first fill today. Dr. Chapman did it in like 2 minutes. No big deal. I was eating up to 4 oz after 6 weeks and still losing but I was getting HUNGRY after about 11/2 hours so now we will see. He is head of bariatric surgery at ECU school of medicine. Has anyone else been banded there?

Okay, I am 2 weeks and 2 days banded. I have lost 18 pounds. I do ge tired easily and do not feel that I stay full long enough. I stared with the soft diet two days ago. I go for my first post op visit Tuesday. I feel I have recovered very well. Should I be feeling a hard lump where my incision was? I try to take it slow and not over do anything. I so want to do what it right. This site has helped me so much. Happy New Year everyone

I am awaiting my first appointment with the doctor. I have the required seminar June 10th. I never thought it would be as involved as I have been reading about. Guesss life changes take drastic action.
