I didn't have one, the dr told me that they didn'y put one so you get to move right after surgery, but I think it depends on the surgeon

you can also try to mix 1 egg with some cottage cheese, or mashed potato, tastes good

lentils soup (it's very common in Egypt, where I'm from): Place 3 cups water, lentils, tomato, carrot, onion, garlic, a in a stockpot over medium heat; cook until vegetables and lentils are softened, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Blend vegetable and lentil mixture until smooth. You can also add a salt and cumin.

I had mine a month ago, and I haven't had any complications so far, I was super anxious and shaking before the surgery, but found out it was all in my head and non of my concerns actually happened after surgery. you will just have some tolerable pain during the first week and it will start getting better gradually, I have zero regrets so far, and you woudn't too hopefully ❤️

Hi guys, I had my surgery on june 24, I have lost 39.6 lbs within 3 weeks, I'm just wondering, is this too much weight to lose within the first 3 weeks? I feel great and I don't feel dizzy at all, should I change anything?

I have started smoking again two weeks after surgery and i was fine afterwards, but my doctor's instruction are a month and half though
