    My surgery is in October and I have 6 months of monitoring first. I haven’t really lost any weight. Am I suppose to lose weight before surgery?

    This is a lot to take in as I have just now started the process of taking vitamins (zinc). It makes me nauseous and I want to cut it in half or stop taking it. Surgery is in October. Any suggestions 👀
