Obvious typo is obvious typo. I get you! It's frustrating. I'm 2 weeks out tomorrow and have only lost 10 lbs. I know that's 10 lbs lost and all but I started at a high weight (295) so I was definitely thinking it'd be more the first 2 weeks. I am following the program exactly to the T and walking 1.5-2 miles a day. It's frustrating but how can we not lose weight at this amount of calories? It's bound to happen.. but I get you. So I finally went thanks to the Milk of magnesia but it was BRIGHT yellow diarrhea. Anyone else have this? I hope it's normal 😳
