Anyone else hiccup when they are full?

Be PERSISTENT on talking to your program support people. I'd even recommend calling your surgeon, if your program allows that. This is NOT normal, and you DESERVE to this addressed. I sometimes still get this cue, but at 23 months it's MUCH harder to feel full than it was at 1st. O don't often have that regurgitation issue anymore, but I DID have it consistently, and for a while. HATED. IT!! & it still occasionally happens, but now rarely. ALWAYS when I have too much or, more likely, eat too FAST! But if you're following all the guidelines and still regularly having this problem, call your surgeon so they can help! It could be a sign of something else happening, and you'll want to know that! Good luck! Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Truly accurate nutritional tracking app?

Thank you. A brief look at it's website indicates a focus on caloric information. Do you know if carbohydrates are ALSO a part of their data banks and calculations? I'd love any user experience info you'd be willing to share. Thanks again[emoji873] Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. Does anyone know of an app that tracks TRUE nutritional numbers? I've been using Baritastic app to track my macros (protein, carbs, sugar, fiber, etc.). But I find it rarely deducts the correct amount of fiber so the "net carb" count is far too high. And it's difficult for me to track whole foods and items made with multiple ingredients, thus no bar code Suggestions? Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

To Tell or NOT to Tell

Hi all! New to this group...a little less than 2 years post-sleeve. I chose NOT to tell my closest friends and family. My husband, and VERY few friends know. For many of the above reasons. My personal policy has become this: I don't "volunteer" the information. IF I'm directly asked, I'll usually answer honestly. My experience is that most people don't know or even care to know about surgical treatment. Those who ask usually either have looked into it for themselves or know someone who has. And yes, I could be a support and/or resource for them. But it really isn't most people's business, and they don't need to know! So I keep it to myself, and seek support HERE and places like this[emoji873] Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
