I have had several problems, could be or could not be related to my band. I had my surgery on May 22, 2008 and went from 209 to 120 as of today. One month to the day of getting my band I had to have my appendix removed (Doc says the band is not related, but I feel otherwise since I was constipated for a month which can aggravate your stomach) I have also had diarrhea for about 3 months, as soon as I eat, it comes right out. My plan was to get to 140, but since this entire diarrhea has occurred, I have lost 20 more lbs. I had a colonoscopy on Monday and am waiting on the results. They did find a polyp and removed it.
