developed heart disease at an early age , my heart functions got worse at around 2010 , being morbidly obese at 500 lbs , developed congestive heart failure , went on a diet lost about 120 pounds on my own , my heart left ventricular artery failed on around 2015 and needed what is called and LVAD (left ventricular assist device ) put in , which is a pump that distrubutes the blood from your right to your left ventricular  I am a candidate for a Heart Transplant but due to my body mass an weight it is a risk , so my cardiologist urged me to consider a gastric sleeve , had my surgery on 6/17 and thus starting my journey to getting a new heart , being 53 i still have alot of years to go .. so god willing my goal and heart journey will be successful
