I want to be at 350 at christmas. I'd be thrilled if i were at 340. We'll see. Right now I'm bouncing around 372 and 373. I am about to SCREAM. I need a fill already.

I work for state gov and today we just got our combined campaign books for us to contribute to numerous charities. I don't contribute. I donate every year to american cancer society and I also contribute to ele's place (a center for grieving children) that I used to be a counselor at. I don't feel guilty for not donating at work. I just choose not to let them make me feel guilty in any way. 25 years ago my little brother was struggling with a rare kidney disease and my parents were struggling to take care of three kids under ten and pay his medical bills so they went to United Way, which my dad always contributed too, and they turned my parents down for help of any kind because "your son isn't dying". He died a few months later and my family has never donated another dime to that charity. I'm very choosie about who my money goes too.

503... I started at 393 and couldn't find a scale that would weigh me. Someone on here suggested an ebay store they got theirs from. The scale I bought for $35 goes up to 440#'s and they also have scales that go up to 550#'s. Their stores site is www.OLDWILLKNOTT.com and the scale is very accurate. I've had taco bell twice in the last week. I had a meximelt with no problem and pinto's and cheese which was really good. I hadn't had that before!

I find myself recently visiting this site less and less and posting on here less and less just because of the "arguing" etc going on all the time. I get enough drama from my job to come on here where I'd like support and have to wade through all the attacks going on to get it.

Dieta, I feel the same way you do. When I start to feel hungry I have to eat NOW! I start to feel sick if I put it off. Saturday me and my hubby went out of town to find parts for his rc helicopter and we were almost to the place and I suddenly pulled in to Taco bell. He says "What are you doing?" I said "I have to eat NOW!!!!!" hahaha. I had a pintos and cheese and it was sooooooooooo good and I felt 100% better after that. Good luck to all that's being banded today! We're almost done with the month and then we'll all be losing our buns off! hehehe.

Stole my dinner plate from Hockeytown Cafe in Detroit because it had a red wing logo on it. Had to have it and it was the only thing I've ever stolen. I was drunk, sorry! HAHA 6. Met Gordie Howe! 8. laughed so hard my contact lense flew out of my right eye and I found it in my hair on the left side of my head. hahaha. 9. realizing my life isn't as exciting as I had hoped. hahaha

I felt it off and on but just kept myself in a light happy mood. hahaha If the hubby ticked me off I noticed it!

Hey Fellow August Crew, I'm 3 weeks out since yesterday and feeling really good. My clothes are loose on me already. I haven't had much movement in my scale in the past few days, which is a bummer but I'm ok with it. I'm getting ready to start a workout routine though. I do notice that 3 weeks out I'm getting more hungry. I already miss the small amounts i started with that satisfied me. I'm looking forward to a fill. You're all doing amazing and I'm glad we're all together. Hang in there! The best is yet to come!

I remember flying to vegas once stuck in the emergency row with a married couple and I told the guy "if this thing goes down, you're throwing that open and me and her are outta here!" hahaha. He said ok. My first bite of mushies was a bean Soup with canadian bacon. It was sooooooooooooo good! I'm having a hard time right now. I'm three weeks banded today but the anniversary of my mom dying is coming up quick and one of my best friends just found out yesterday that her mom has terminal cancer and it's just bringing it all back to me. I want to EAT EAT EAT! Though I can't eat much I am making very bad food choices. Yesterday my calorie intake was about 1900 instead of about 900. I feel like I'm going nuts. Too much anxiety.

great idea. I'll drink 64 oz of water, walk 30 min, eat yogurt for lunch and something healthy for dinner.
