I'm a little shy of two months (8/24) . I've lost 40lbs since the surgery and 80 about overall
-
Anyone else experience this? I walked 3 miles this AM. Notice this. Not sure when it appeared. Doesn’t hurt, even to touch. Don’t remember any injury to it. Im a little over a month out of a sleeve and am otherwise doing great

Had surgery 6/24. Lost 21 pounds so far - can someone tell me how long it took to lose your weight?

I had surgery the same day as you (sleeve). As of today I have lost about 25lbs. i expect that will slow down some as I add foods back in, but i feel like I can lose 15lbs a month till I get to my goal weight Good luck -
Tomorrow will be my two week out date and everything has seemed to go very well. I'm at about 600 calories a day and close to meeting my protein (60) and fluid (64oz) goals. I feel better everyday and have increased activity The last 3/4 days i have experience lightheadedness every time i get up from lying down. i don't ever feel like I'm going to pass out but it is a bit unnerving. Any thoughts?

Got the sleeve 7 days ago Down 12lbs. Feeling good Can't do more than 1 shake a day. Getting closer to 64 oz of fluid a day on the water side. Can usually sit down once a day and do 20z in an hour protein has been between 40-60g. Broke the 500cal mark yesterday. Feeling pretty good- got 6-7000 steps each of the last two days. Less and less pain everyday. I have moderate concerns that i am doing too much too fast. I'm also bored out of my skull, so there's that. Follow up appointment Wednesday

Last night was the first time I dreamed about eating. I got sleeved 6/24. As I was eating too fast in my dreams, I was in pain Anyone else experience this?
-
hydration is brutal Got 57oz yesterday. Today was first outside walk- just made it 2000 steps.
-
You found it!

Got sleeved Monday Today I woke up at 299.8- first time under 3 bills in a long time. First attempt at a protein shake this am and see how it goes. Being under 300lbs doesn't seem like much of a victory in the long run, but it is a start

I am absolutely experiencing this also, are you guys still taking tylenol?
-
I went on 6/24 Still in some pain, but I think it is normal. Not getting a ton of calories. Trying to get to 64oz of water. When do you hit that first?

Hanging in the hospital after getting sleeved yesterday. Things went well. My only surprised is that when they weighed me this AM I gained 6lbs from when I came in yesterday AM. i have stents in my heart so might be here another day- hopefully not. up and walking and feeling good
-
congrats I had mine monday and i am feeling so much different just two days later. Good luck

I got to come home today I ate 6 oz of broth before i left hospital. Working toward liquid and protein goal today. I took a little nap, but am gonna polish this 20oz water bottle in about an hour. Too fast? 64oz of fluids and 60g of protein seems like a hefty goal

Hey guys I'm scheduled for a sleeve 6/24. I'm 5 days into pre op diet and it has been rough, but going ok. It has given me confidence because I'm eating so little right now and feeling ok. I could use some help with work meals. I am frequently in situations where i meet clients, co workers, etc... for lunch, or for drinks. How do you guys handle this? Not necessarily during pre/post op stage, but more from a sustainable/ long term angle Thanks

Thanks so much
