Im RNY 4/10/19 I lost 35 pounds quick then for 2 weeks been bouncing the same 5 pounds around. I do as well drink and follow to a T. Dr told me measurements usually are changing during a stall such as muscle tone is adding and waist is losing. Im counting on this! Lol. If you figure something out ket me know please! I eat 400 or less calories day.

I had band to RNY only 7 weeks post op but GERD actually is worse. You have to take omeorezole daily but I had to add Retanidine to my daily. My friend did sleeve to RNY still has GERD unfortunately she is 7months po. Good luck for you. -
Before surgery I lived off NSAIDS. Toradol actually, I have horrid migraines. It was almost a decision changer for me. Honestly since my surgery Tylenol (never effective before) is decent for me. Total suprise but I dont even have to take 2. Just grind up a 500mg and it does the trick. They say no asprin also. Good luck!

Milicon was my friend after surgery I was up walking every 3 hours starting with recovery they made me walk to the chair from the recovery bed! Best thing I ever did. Ask for milicon walk bent over too no shame in pain! Im 7 weeks po. are ypu drinking 15ml in 15min? That was my water goal

Make sure you dont have kidney stone! Water water water. I got kidney stones formed in 2 weeks! This is my 4th stone and never had one before surgery now 7 weeks ago!

Im 8 weeks post op and for almost 2 weeks ive been going thru kidney stones. I actually had a stent placed then surgery a week laterfinally got stone but stent back in to help with healing! I get about 90oz water a day but doc said all the calcium we have to take may add up!
