Hay Isabel mine is the 31st in 5 day’s I couldn’t do the robart diet so I stuck with boneless chicken protein shakes fat-free sugar-free Jell-O made with almond milk . Lots of Sugarfree Popsicles I’m 328 lbs and a meat An potatoes guy ! Just stay away from all the things listed on line there’s a lot of info out there it made me feel better you got this just think of the END results and not carry an extra person on your back !!!!
